Swing/Racket Trainer Combo

This Swing/Racket Trainer Combo comes with both the Swing and Racket Trainer handles. The Aquatic Swing Trainer is an extremely versatile piece of equipment that can be used for a wide range of functional upper body, forearm and core exercises as well as Sports Specific Training for Golf, Baseball, Softball, Hockey, etc. While the Racket Trainer with its shorter handle makes it a must-have for Tennis, Pickleball, Racquetball and Squash players.

Both of the Aquatic Trainers are suitable for all fitness levels and can be adapted to suit any individual’s training goal by following these 2 simple steps:

Adjust your Grip: We recommend positioning your hands in the middle of the bar for most exercises and as you want more of a challenge you can move them further down the bar (away from the fins).

Change the level of Resistance: The Combo comes with 3 different fin sizes to choose from. You can easily swap these out at any time to increase or decrease the level of difficulty of any given exercise depending on your fitness level. Since you will have 2 handles and 3 fin straps, you can always have two trainers ready to go.
