Returns and Exchanges
If you would like to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. You can exchange your product for a different product or a refund to the original payment method. If we are unable to provide an exchange, then you will be automatically refunded once we have received the item(s). Unless an item is damaged or defective, the buyer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping. If you have received an item that is damaged or defective, please call or email us immediately so we can remedy the situation. Returned items must have tags attached, be in their original packaging, and show no signs of wear or use. Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged. All custom items cannot be returned or exchanged and are FINAL SALE. Product warranties are handled directly with the manufacturer, but we are more than happy to provide you with a proof of purchase if neccessary.
To start a return or exchange mail the item(s) back to us at the address provided below, then email your order number (example: PS12345) and the tracking information to customerservice@primesportsmw.com. If you have any questions please call us at 314-833-7070.
