Refund policy

We will return products that are unused and with original tags still on.

All bats must be unused with the plastic wrapper still intact to be eligible for a return.

All warranty claims for bats, gloves, and other equipment must be made directly with the manufacturer.

There are no returns on custom apparel, uniforms, or equipment.

Any defective equipment (besides bats, batting gloves and fielding gloves) will be returned on a per case basis and is up to the discretion of Prime Sports and the manufacturer's policy.

We cannot return items purchased at another store either in person or online.
